From application to first project in four steps

The process is direct, transparent and designed to respect the consultant's time.

Application

Send your CV and areas of expertise. We review the profile and delivery track record.

Conversation and agreement

A direct conversation about the model, followed by signing the Project Collaboration Agreement.

Network profile

You join the network with your specialties, certifications and availability registered.

Project invitations

You receive invitations with defined scope, schedule and fees. You accept those that make sense.

Four levels, transparent criteria

Level 1

Associate Consultant

In development, within the Development Programme, on the way to full eligibility for projects.

Level 2

Senior Consultant

Specialists with a delivery track record. They lead projects and represent the brand with clients.

Level 3

Lead Auditor / Trainer

Certified auditors and trainers who conduct audits and training programmes.

Level 4

Area Partner

Owners of a specialty area: they grow the practice, the team and the sector pipeline.

At any level, a consultant can opt for the status of Effective Member.

And for those just starting out?

Associate consultants aren't yet eligible to deliver network contracts, and that's exactly why the Development Programme exists. The path is designed in stages: each objective achieved unlocks new benefits, up to full eligibility.

Academy and Boot Camps, at no costIntensive training with international methodology and certification at every stage, funded by AGH.

Paid participation in projectsIntegration into teams led by senior consultants, with defined and paid roles from the first project.

Use of the facilitiesAccess to the Zenith Towers cowork and training room on programme days, and to the recording studio as stages are completed.

Merit-based benefitsEvery certification completed and every positive review unlocks new perks.

Dedicated mentoringA senior consultant assigned to each associate, with regular sessions and transparent evaluation.

Full eligibilityOnce the stages are completed, the associate becomes eligible to deliver network contracts.
