01 · Independence

DQS certifies. We prepare.

Certification is only meaningful when it is independent. That is why the roles are clearly separated: Export Lab provides consulting, implementation and preparation; the certification audit is conducted by DQS, a German certifier present in more than 60 countries, autonomously and impartially, under international accreditation rules. The client gets the best of both worlds: preparation by people who master certifiers' methods, and a certificate whose credibility is beyond question.

03 · Audits

Audits with a purpose, not paperwork

We conduct the internal audits required by the standards, diagnostic audits (gap analyses) to accurately measure the distance to conformity, supplier audits for companies qualifying their supply chain, and pre-audits that simulate the certification audit before DQS steps in.

04 · Documentation

Documentation and process engineering

A system lives on documents that people actually use. Export Lab produces technical and operating manuals, quality manuals, procedures and work instructions, codes of conduct and internal policies, and maps and designs processes from scratch, in clear language adapted to the teams that will apply them.

A

Technical manuals

Operations, quality, integrated.

B

Procedures

Work instructions teams can actually use.

C

Codes and policies

Conduct, compliance, integrity.

D

05 · Training

Export Lab Academy

The Export Lab Academy trains the teams that will live with the system day to day, in open or in-company format, with a certificate of participation. From interpreting standards to training internal auditors and systems managers, up to management tools: risks, KPIs, non-conformities, continuous improvement.

And we go beyond the catalogue: we design tailor-made training for any sector, built from the company's real processes, and executive mentoring programmes for leadership teams that need to master systems management, compliance and ESG at decision-making level.

06 · Spotlight

CyberPlay · Train Inside the Breach

Don't study the breach. Survive it. Cybersecurity isn't learned from slides.

Simulation · AI · ISO 27001

With CyberPlay, teams train inside a simulated cyber incident, in real time and directly in the browser, without touching the company's real systems. The AI engine analyses every decision made under pressure, validates it against procedures and international frameworks (including ISO 27001, NIST CSF and GDPR) and evolves the scenario accordingly: every session is different, because every team decides differently.

The training is not just for technical staff. IT, legal, operations, top management and even the front desk: in a real attack, everyone has a role, and that is what CyberPlay rehearses. At the end, the company receives a readiness score from 0 to 100 and an analysis of capability gaps.

Applicable to any sector: banking and insurance, energy, healthcare, industry, logistics, retail, education, public sector, tech, legal and media. And it fits naturally into the Export Lab journey: companies implementing ISO 27001 or ISO 22301 use CyberPlay to test, in practice, whether the system holds up.

07 · Content

Content and technical communication

Knowledge only creates value when it circulates. Export Lab produces technical and institutional content for client companies: articles, internal newsletters, awareness materials on quality, safety and ESG, and podcast and video production to communicate internal programmes, celebrate certifications or position the company in the market.

08 · Method

How we work

A clear journey from the first assessment to continuous improvement after certification. No surprises, no improvisation.

Step 01

Assessment

An objective evaluation of the starting point: what already exists, what is missing and the real effort to conformity. No vague promises.

Step 02

Implementation

Dedicated consultants on site, with international certifiers' methods adapted to the Angolan reality. Useful documentation, not paper to fill folders.

Step 03

Training and internal audit

Teams are trained and the system is tested from the inside before any external audit.

Step 04

Certification by DQS

The certification audit is the sole responsibility of DQS, safeguarding the certificate's independence.

Step 05

Maintenance

After certification the system has to stay alive. We support the annual audit cycles and continuous improvement.
