1. Introduction
These Terms govern access to and use of the website and services of Export Lab, a brand of Angola Global Hub (AGH). By using the website or engaging the services, the user declares that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If the user does not agree, they must refrain from using them. Export Lab may update these Terms, which take effect from the date of publication.

3. Definitions
Export Lab: brand and technical lab of AGH. User: anyone who accesses or uses the website or services. Client: anyone who engages the services. Consultant: independent professional who is part of the Export Lab technical network. Services: consulting on management systems, certification and compliance, audits, training, ESG and sustainability, cybersecurity and integrated systems. Platform: website and digital tools. Personal data: information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
4. Use of the Platform
The user undertakes to use the platform in a responsible, ethical and lawful manner; not to use it for fraudulent or unlawful purposes; not to access restricted areas without authorisation; not to introduce malicious content; and to respect the intellectual property rights of Export Lab, AGH and third parties.
5. Services and Nature of Activity
Export Lab provides technical preparation services to enable companies to meet international standards. Export Lab is NOT a certification body: assessment and certification are carried out independently by DQS or by other competent certification bodies, ensuring impartiality. Export Lab acts as a facilitator and technical partner, not as a financial institution, insurer or legal consultancy.
6. Consultant Network
Export Lab integrates independent professionals into its technical network. The collaboration does not constitute an employment relationship. Each consultant retains their autonomy and is responsible for the rigor and quality of the work they deliver, under the terms agreed in each project.
7. Data Protection
The processing of personal data complies with the applicable legislation in Angola, in particular Law No. 22/11 of 17 June (Personal Data Protection Law), and, where applicable, the GDPR. For more information, please see the Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
Export Lab strives to deliver quality services but does not guarantee the achievement of certification (which depends on the independent certification body), any commercial results, access to specific markets, or approval by third parties. Decisions and contracts between the parties are the responsibility of those involved.
9. Payments and Commercial Services
Prices and commercial conditions are communicated in advance and may be the subject of a specific contract. The use of third-party services may be subject to their respective terms.
10. Intellectual Property
The Export Lab brand, the Angola Global Hub brand, logos, texts, images, design, systems and technical materials are the property of AGH or are used by it under authorisation. Their reproduction, distribution or commercial use is prohibited without prior written authorisation.
11. Suspension and Termination
Export Lab may suspend or cancel access in cases of breach of these Terms, abusive or fraudulent use, legal non-compliance or security risk.
12. Changes to the Terms
The updated version will be available on the website and applies from the date of publication.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Angola, and the courts legally competent in Angola shall have jurisdiction.
