1. Introduction
Export Lab, a brand of Angola Global Hub (AGH), respects the privacy of users, clients, consultants and visitors. This Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal data, in compliance with Law No. 22/11 of 17 June (Personal Data Protection Law) and, where applicable, the GDPR.

3. Data We Collect
Data provided by the user: name, role and organisation, email, phone, country, information about the company or project, and, in the case of consultants, area of specialisation, experience, qualifications and CV. Data collected automatically: IP address, device, browser, language, pages visited and cookie data. Third-party data, where legally permitted.
4. Purposes
Respond to requests and proposals; deliver the services; manage the consultant network; institutional and commercial communication (based on consent or another legal basis); improvement of services; and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Legal Bases
Consent; performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps; compliance with legal obligations; and legitimate interest (security, communication, improvement and management of the relationship).
6. Data Sharing
Export Lab does not sell personal data. Data may be shared, when necessary, with service providers (technology, hosting, communication), with the certification body DQS when applicable to the certification process, and with public authorities when a legal obligation exists.
7. International Transfers
Where they occur, Export Lab will seek to ensure adequate protection measures under the applicable legislation.
8. Retention
Data is retained only for the period necessary for the purposes, legal obligations and the defence of rights, and is then deleted or anonymised.
9. Security
Appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the data. No system can guarantee absolute security.
10. Data Subject Rights
Access, update, correction, erasure (where applicable), withdrawal of consent, objection and information, through info@angolaglobalhub.ao.
